There’s no neat title for what I do. I’m a creative director. A brand strategist. A content stylist. A storyteller. A space curator. And if I’m honest? I’m done trying to pick just one.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it really means to build something, especially when you’re in a season of transition. Over the past few months, I’ve given myself space to recharge and realign (read about that here), and I’ve been asking myself what that means for Saint MGMT. What’s the best way to use my strongest talents? How do I design a business that reflects not just what I do well, but what I genuinely want to be doing?

So, I did something a little unexpected—I signed up for a Power Tools 101 workshop at RVA ToolBank last month to learn how to safely use them. Because sometimes, reimagining your approach to content styling and brand storytelling starts by learning how to build the environment yourself—piece by piece.

Why would a content stylist need a circular saw?

Getting hands-on at RVA ToolBank—learning the tools that help bring styled content and creative environments to life.

Because I want the kind of creative freedom that lets me dream up a set design—and understand how it all comes together. Because I’m not trying to replace the professionals, but I do want to speak their language. Because I’m willing to get my hands dirty to make the vision come to life—beautifully and intentionally.

At Saint MGMT, we’re not just shooting content. We’re styling spaces that tell stories. We’re curating environments that help brands show up better. And sometimes, that means knowing how to sand, screw, measure, and construct—not just style and shoot..

Designing a Life On My Own Terms

This workshop wasn’t just about tools—it was about ownership. Of my craft, my growth, and my freedom.

I’m deeply passionate about designing spaces that feel good to live in and good to work in. I believe every styled scene or brand shoot should reflect intention. That every corner of your business or home should spark joy or inspiration.

And I believe in the power of multi-passionate women—those of us who don’t fit neatly into one box, one title, or one lane.

I’m in a season where I only want to do what lights me up. That includes styling, storytelling, and building things with my own two hands. It includes leaning into creative autonomy, meaningful work, and most of all—peace.

So What’s Next for Saint MGMT?

As I continue reflecting on what’s possible, I’m exploring how Saint MGMT could evolve to blend:

  • Content Styling & Set Design

  • Brand Strategy with Visual Direction

  • Interior Styling for Creators & Brand Spaces

  • And eventually… Designing livable, creative-ready spaces for digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and dreamers like me.

This isn’t about rebranding—it’s about reimagining what’s creatively and professionally aligned for the next chapter.

And it starts with saying yes to learning something new—even when you’ve been in the game for years.

To Anyone in a Transition Season:

If you’re straddling the old and the not-yet-defined, I see you.If your passion doesn’t come with a ready-made title, do it anyway. And if your next season requires power tools, creative courage, or a pivot you didn’t expect—lean into it. Your freedom might just be on the other side of the learning curve.

Thank you to RVA ToolBank for reminding me what’s possible when creativity and capability come together.

Here's to building a future I want to live in. One skill at a time.
