We bring people in a few different ways depending on the season and the scope.

Internships
Learning-focused, time-bound roles that support internal brand building, systems, and creative output. Details are always listed in the specific posting.

Independent Contractors (1099)
Specialists we bring in for projects or monthly support. Designers, editors, writers, paid media, production, ops, and creative support.

Agency Partners and Studios
We team up with photographers, videographers, editors, PR teams, paid media teams, and other agencies when the work calls for it.

Employment (When Open)
Occasionally, we may hire part-time or full-time roles. If we are hiring, it will be listed on our site.

Share what you have permission to share

Please do not submit confidential work, client-owned documents, or anything you don’t have the right to show. Work samples should be yours or approved for portfolio use.

Links are better than files

We prefer portfolio links and Canva links over attachments. It keeps things clean and protects your work.

​

We do not review unsolicited ideas

To protect both you and us, please do not send full campaign concepts, scripts, or proprietary strategies unless we ask for them. If you do, you understand we may already be building something similar and we are not obligated to compensate or treat those ideas as confidential.

How to Be Considered

If we have an opening, apply through the posting.

If we don’t, you can still send a general inquiry.

For internships and job opportunities, include

• Your location and availability

• A short intro about what you want to learn or contribute

Submitting does not guarantee work

Reaching out or applying does not guarantee an interview, offer, contract, or response. We review on a rolling basis and reply when there’s a fit.

Internships are not a promise of future employment

If an internship is unpaid, it will be stated clearly in the posting. There is no guarantee of future work or employment.

Contractors and agencies are independent

Contractors and agencies are engaged as independent businesses. A written agreement is required before work begins and will cover scope, timelines, payment, and usage rights.

Confidentiality matters

If we share non-public information during conversations or onboarding, it should stay private. If we move forward, we may ask you to sign a simple confidentiality agreement.

​

Portfolio use

If we work together, we’ll be clear about what can be shared publicly and when. In general, portfolio use is fine after something is publicly released, as long as it doesn’t include confidential information and credit is accurate.
